Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or otherwise using STROG (strog.finance, the “Service”) you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
STROG aggregates market data and provides a proprietary INSTANT SCORE, interactive flow maps, dashboards, portfolio tools, news and calendars. Some features are available for free, others require a Plus or Premium subscription.
3. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information at signup, to keep it up to date, and to safeguard your password. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
4. Plans, trial and renewals
Free is unlimited in time but limited in features. Plus and Premium unlock additional modules at the prices displayed on /subscribe.
Premium includes a 14-day free trial: no charge is made during the trial, and the card on file is authorized only to start automatic billing at the end of the trial. The trial is available once per customer; misuse (e.g. multiple accounts or identical card across accounts) is blocked automatically. Plus charges immediately upon subscription, with no free trial.
Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly) at the listed price. You can switch interval or plan from your billing portal.
5. Cancellation and right of withdrawal
You can cancel at any time from /account → Manage subscription. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current billing period; no further charge is made.
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. By starting the trial or by enabling immediate access to the service, you expressly waive the right of withdrawal under Art. 16(m) (digital content supplied without a tangible medium). The free trial functions as the practical equivalent of that period.
6. Refunds
We don’t routinely issue refunds for partial periods because you can cancel at any time and keep access until period end. We do issue refunds in case of duplicate charges, technical errors on our side, or where required by mandatory consumer law. Refund requests: support@strog.finance.
7. Email confirmation and account suspension
To keep the account active you must confirm your email address. Paid accounts that don’t confirm the address within 14 days from signup will have their subscription automatically cancelled and access suspended; no further charges are made. The account can be reactivated at any time by clicking the confirmation link.
8. Account deletion
You can delete your account from /account → Delete account. Deletion immediately cancels any active subscription with Stripe and revokes all sessions. Billing records are kept for the period required by fiscal law (typically 10 years), then permanently erased.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape the site in bulk, not to circumvent rate limits or paywalls, not to share a single account across multiple users, not to redistribute the data commercially and not to interfere with security mechanisms (including trial-abuse protection).
10. Not financial advice
The Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendation, solicitation or personalized service. Every investment decision is solely your own responsibility. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
11. Intellectual property
The platform, its trademarks, scoring algorithm and design belong to STROG. Market data is sourced from third-party providers and remains their property. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to access the Service for the duration of your subscription.
12. Service availability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We strive for high availability but do not commit to a specific uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced via the in-app banner whenever possible.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STROG is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data resulting from use of the Service or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law (including gross negligence or wilful misconduct).
14. Changes to the Service or to these Terms
We may evolve the Service over time. Material changes to the Terms will be announced via in-app banner and via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Termination by us
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms (e.g. fraud, abuse, illegal use). Where possible we give prior notice and an opportunity to remedy.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection that grants you exclusive jurisdiction at your place of residence, the courts of the place of incorporation of STROG shall have jurisdiction.
